Apple Mail

1. Open Apple Mail.
2. Click ‘Mail’, and select ‘Preferences…’

3. Open the ‘Accounts’ tab, and click the plus sign (+) along the bottom to add a new account.
4. When the new account menu appears. Enter your ‘Full Name:’, ‘Email Address:’ and ‘Password:’. The password will be saved in the application.

5. Enter ‘webmail.htmlgraphic.com’ in the ‘Incoming Mail Server:’ field.
6. Enter your username (ex. username@yourdomain.com) in the ‘User Name:’ field.
7. Enter your password in the ‘Password:’ field, click continue.

7. Description: General name for this mail server (OUTGOING SERVER)
8. In the ‘Outgoing Mail Server’ screen enter ‘webmail.htmlgraphic.com’ in the ‘Outgoing Mail Server:’ field.
9. Check the Use only this server box.
10. Check the Use Authentication box ,and then enter your User Name and Email Address. Click Continue.

12. Review the account being setup and make sure all the information looks correct.
13. Done!
